Diane has been laid up recovering from foot surgery on both feet. I wanted to get her a little Get Well gift and thought that one of those edible bouquets would be great. I looked them up on the web and holy cow they are expensive. Of course, I figured I could make one myself and this is what I came up with. It has strawberries, oranges, green and red grapes, pineapple chunks, watermelon and Reese’s peanut butter hearts. I used parsley to fill in the blank spaces. I did not think it turned out too bad for a frist attempt. And is sure didn’t cost me $45 to make! Diane said it tasted pretty good too.

It was great! IThe fruit tasted so good, it was just what the doctor ordered! By the way my feet are mended enough to return to work on Monday. What a drag, those were the best six weeks. Thanks again Terry for a great and really appreciated gift.
